Bus Vipers Releases New Single, Continues To Freak The Masses

Striking while the iron is ever so hot, Sydney’s latest and greatest, and Future Classic’s newest poster boy, Bus Vipers, is back with another colourful taste to his debut EP titled, Fluid.

Following the eclectic artist’s first taste of his EP, CSIRO Weeds, Fluid is yet another deep dive down the rabbit hole of pop exclusion. Heavy vibes of Yeasayer come forth on this new single, showcasing the multi-instrumentalist’s breadth as both an pop artist and a purveyor for layered, esoteric experimentation. There’s no pigeon holing Bus Vipers, which is what makes his music so effervescent and detailed.

Much like the truly bombastic cover art and press images Bus Vipers has, it proudly emphasises the artist’s love for elastic and distorted music. Everything you hear and see of Bus Vipers is performed solely by him—real name Daniel Ahern—in his Sydney home studio.

Bus Vipers’ debut EP, ‘Federal Highway’, is released 8 September via Future Classic. The artist will also be performing two very special, exclusive dates before the EP drops—one of those being the ever-evolving Volumes Festival in Sydney.
