Cut Copy Announce Headline Australian Tour Dates

For the first time in several years, Australian fans are now delighted by the news that dance music masters, Cut Copy, are returning home for a series of headlining shows and festival appearances for January next year.

For the first time since the release of their amazing fifth studio album, ‘Haiku From Zero , Australian fans get to hear a swagger of new material. Kicking off at Brisbane’s illustrious the Met, the Cut Copy bus will move onto Wollongong then Sydney’s Manning Bar. Thrown in for good measure, the band will be headlining Melbourne’s most beloved underground music festival, Sugar Mountain, as well as an appearance at the prestigious Melbourne Zoo Twilights series.

Their last Australian shows, since before the record’s release, was at this year’s Splendour in Grass and two small, sold out shows in Sydney and Melbourne—where they performed a handful of new tracks and, instead, dug deep into their amazing back catalogue. Now, with some some of their best new material in years under their belts, Cut Copy are sure to astonish fans both old and new for this run of tour dates.
