This Sunday’s festival will include three seated Concert Hall Sessions, taking place inside the Perth Concert Hall (including a premium vintage blues double headliner featuring Dave Hole and pioneers Chain; an exclusive WA album launch for electro pop siren Abbe May’s Kiss My Apocalypse, supported by Schvendes; and hard rock heavyweights Karnivool). Each of these showcases costs only $24.60-30.20+TF, which also gets you entry to the outdoor stages.
Barunga Festival is proud to unveil its program for 2013, welcoming Gurrumul and John Butler to headline, with Thelma Plum, Emma Louise, B2M, Tjupi Band, Lonely Boys and Tom E. Lewis also leading the musical charge.
There was not a cloud in the sky as the inaugural Sounds on Sunset festival kicked off to a sold out crowd at the Sundowner Tiona Tourist Park over the weekend.
