The Twoks @ Raise The Roof, Prince of Wales
Melbourne Drum and Violin Duo (D&V), The Twoks have been invited to perform with the likes of Stonefield and Paul Kelly in support of the "Raise The Roof" benefit, to help fund the proposed soundproofing of iconic live music venue Pure Pop Records' Courtyard.

The Twoks are active supporters of the live music scene in Melbourne and gig regularly around town, interstate as well as overseas at festivals such as the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
"Lively and original" (Simone Ubaldi, Beat Magazine), The Twoks are famous for their live re-workings of songs and bright and captivating performances. Despite being a duo, Mark Leahy (drums) and Xani Kolac (electric violin/vocals) exude a surprising talent to make just two instruments sound like chamber music-experimentica meets tribal dance rhythms meets alternative pop song. It's unusual.
Joining an incredible line-up of Melbourne live music scene heavy-weights at the Prince on May 11, this is the beginning of big things for The Twoks who are set to release a new album in October.
