Queens of the Stone Age Finally Announce 2018 Australian Tour

It’s surely no surprise now. Queens of the Stone Age have announced their Australian return for August and September this year.

Frontier Touring, the group bringing the band out to Australia, have been not to secretly teasing this tour for about a week on their social media. Slowly revealing which cities the group will play, we finally know the finer details of the venues, dates and support act. Kicking off in Brisbane, QOTSA are generously hitting as many places as possible with shows also in Newcastle, Sydney, Hobart, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. C.W. Stoneking will open all shows.

Queens of the Stone Age were last in the country not long ago for a headlining spot at last year’s Splendour in the Grass and a handful of exclusive sideshows. Before that, the group were in the country for a co-headline stadium tour with Nine Inch Nails.

Frontier Touring are running their usual pre-sale from Tuesday 1 May with general admission hitting digital shelves on Thursday 3 May HERE. See all the dates below.
