sleepmakeswaves Give Queensland A Look-In With Three Shows

Masters of the instrumental post-rock game not only in Australia, but the world, sleepmakeswaves are giving some love to Queensland fans with three very specials shows this September.

Joining the mammoth BIGSOUND lineup for the first time in their illustrious career, sleepmakeswaves will also perform on the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast at Miami Shark Bar’s Minimum Wage Club for a whirlwind weekend Queensland tour. These shows are the band’s latest Australian shows following a national headline tour earlier in the year behind the release of their new album, ‘Made of Breath Only’ and a run of support dates with Devin Townsend Project.

After this small Queensland tour run, sleepmakeswaves will show the UK and Europe the power of their new album with a huge run of dates throughout August and October.

Earlier this year, sleepmakeswaves successfully crowd-funded their new record, ‘Made of Breath Only’ and released it to roaring reviews. Further expanding their grip on brisk and harsh post-rock, sleepmakeswaves have proved their worth with one of the year’s best albums. It follows the group’s ARIA-nominated records, ‘Love of Cartography’ and ‘…and so we destroyed everything.’
