We’re “Better Off” With Major Leagues In Our Life

Brisbane 4-piece Major Leagues have returned with their new single Better Off and a sweet beachy video. Coming off their upcoming EP ‘Dream States’, the track continues in the vein of the band’s signature fuzzy like an analog TV vibe.

Better Off reminds us of dancing on the beach in retro swimsuits followed by lazy afternoon naps. Garage-y guitars and singer Anna Davidson’s vocals make the track a hazy pop dream.

In the music video we get a sneaky look into Major Leagues road-tripping to the Big Banana complete with ambling beach walks, afternoon bevvies, and plenty of interesting facial expressions from the band. It’s reminiscent of Best Coast’s When I’m With You, minus Ronald McDonald as a love interest.
