Alice Glass & Zola Jesus Announce Co-Headline Australian Shows

Two of the finest purveyors of gothic and dark electronic music are heading Australia’s way for two headline shows and a festival appearance. Alice Glass and Zola Jesus are bringing their co-headline tour Down Under and we really can’t wait.

Previously announced for the massive, history-making Dark Mofo lineup in Hobart, the pair will also play headline shows at Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory and the Corner Hotel in Melbourne this June. It will be an exclusive three show affair for the pair.

It will Glass’ first solo appearance in Australia and the first since 2013 where Crystal Castle played Big Day Out. The ex-frontwoman of the group has received incredible critical acclaim since her break from the group having supported Marilyn Manson and releasing her influential debut, self-titled EP. Zola Jesus was last in the country more recently in late 2016 where she performed an exclusive show at Melbourne Recital Hall and gave a keynote speech. ‘Okovi’ is her cathartic and acclaimed new record wherein she continues to bend the norm of electronic reconciliation.
