Angus & Julia Stone Bring The Snowy Season To Australia

You’d be remissed to think if one of Australia’s hottest acts, Angus & Julia Stone, can bring the snow to five different locations around Australia. Well, jokes on us, because the brother-sister folk-rock duo are taking their sultry new single, Snow, on tour this September.

Performing in Brisbane–as part of the already sensational Brisbane Festival bill–Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide and Perth, the duo are back together again to whisk you away to a better place. Angus has been very busy with another of one his solo projects, Dope Lemon–with an debut album release, tour-after-tour and an upcoming Splendour in the Grass appearance. While Julia hasn’t been as busy as her brother, she’s still been killing time with writing part of a film score and performing a few secret, intimate solo shows around the place.

Snow is the first taste of a new studio album from Angus & Julia Stone–following on from their “comeback” 2014, self-titled release. The single plays the duo’s highly polished and slick folk stylings and is nothing short of sensational. Let’s hope the record, the group’s fourth, will be much of the same.

Ruel will be joining the group around the country–the fourteen year old sensation who was discovered in 2015 by M-Phazes and brought to major popularity featuring on the Gold Coast producer’s single, Golden Years.
