Astrals Shows Her Talent With Her New Single and Video, ‘Infinity Room’
Sydney indie pop artist, Astrals will this week release her dreamy new single, Infinity Room. It’s set for release tomorrow (14th May) but you can watch and listen exclusively, right here today.
Infinity Room is a dreamy number that kicks off with some twangy style reverbed guitars and quickly kicks into shape with Astrals beautiful and washy vocal delivery. Soft brushing drums make for a perfect addition to the tune. It’s like a sunny autumn afternoon for your ears.
The accompanying video is the ideal compliment to the audio. It came about when Astrals was visiting her parents to get away from the floods happening around her.
“This is the first music video I made myself. I was at my parents house on the mid north coast – the weekend all the floods were going down. I had to make a music video that weekend, and because of the hectic weather I had to make it indoors. So I got some stock footage and stood in front of the projector basically. I used a lot of space imagery as a visual reference to the largeness of life.” – Astrals
