Brisbane Legends Regurgitator Announce National Tour
Alternative rock maestro’s Regurgitator have announced they’ll be heading back out on the road this year for a nationwide tour. This tour will be the first in a while for the band following a two-year hiatus which ended in 2015.
The group, which formed in the early 90’s, achieved fame in Australia with a string of high-selling albums which earned them a healthy cult following. Their 1997 album ‘Unit’ went 3x platinum in Australia, with the song ! (The Song Formerly Known As) becoming a bonafide classic.
The ‘Human Distribution’ tour isn’t in support of any new release (the most recent Regurgitator album, ‘Dirty Pop Fantasy’, was released in 2013), but rather is happening simply because the members feel it’s the right time to do so, and we won’t argue with that!
Regurgitator haven’t exactly been stagnant lately, as post-hiatus they’ve played a number of shows this year including a set at the National Gallery of Victoria covering The Velvet Underground’s entire debut album. Don’t miss your chance to see Regurgitator live, see the full list of dates below!
