British Newcomers LYING BSTRDS Release Timeless New Single

British newcomers LYING BSTRDS are causing quite a scene lately. In just about no time at all this 4-piece has achieved a hell-of-a-lot, and the best part is there’s still more to come with a brand new single!

Having only formed in the second half of 2015, LYING BSTRDS are the perfect blend between catchy-as-f*ck pop and indie-rock. Opening for Noel Gallagher, Circa Waves, and Spring King after only being together for a year, they’ve already crossed many band’s to-do-lists!

Their latest single Youth And Old Age will probably be stuck in your head for the foreseeable future. With frontman Henry Pulp’s soulful vocals and a super mesmerising guitar line, this upbeat dance-pop track is sure to get your feet tapping and head bobbing!

Starting with some beautiful reverberating guitar tones and Pulp’s soulful vocals you can just tell is going to take you to a happy place, establishing the grove straight from the first verse. This track really showcases his vocal ability which lies somewhere between John Newman and FOALS.

Posting a ridiculously catchy chorus, Youth And Old Age also has a neat little breakdown with a punchy drum section and a rather tasteful guitar solo. Lyrically this track is rather simple and easy to sing along to which would make it awesome in a live setting! Closing off with some Edwin Starr type “Huhs”, this song really have you dancing all the way home.
