Citizen Kay’s Taking “Our World” For A Road Trip

Aussie hip-hop artist Citizen Kay has announced a headline tour in support of his recent funkadelic single Our World. 

The single comes off Citizen Kay’s second album ‘With The People’ which was released last year and features the hit single Wax On Wax Off and funky soul tune Life Gives You Lemons. 

Our World is a soulful combination of brass and popping bass reminiscent of early 70’s soul music, fused together with Kay’s modern rapping and a super catchy chorus chant.

Citizen Kay previously supported fellow Aussie rapper Illy on his tour in February and has previously toured with the likes of Wiz Khalifa, Earl Sweatshirt, and Danny Brown.

Appearing on triple j’s Like A Version in February, Citizen Kay did a killer mash up of The Commodores’ Brick House, Kanye West’s Gold Digger, and Mark Ronson’s Uptown Funk with help from model and actress Amber Rose.
