Claptone Returns To Australia For The Second Time In 2017

For a man that the world knows so well, Claptone still remains hidden and mysterious in his public presentation. The infamous, award-winning DJ has filled out his Australian tour which features a massive run of headline dates and festival appearances throughout November.

Kicking it all off in Perth at Metro City, Claptone continues his massive sprint around the country with headline performances at the Grand Poobah in Hobart, Brisbane’s the Met and the already sold out Masquerade Ball at Melbourne’s Riva Bar. Claptone’s festival appearances includes stops at Harbour Life in Sydney, Grapevine which descends on Rochford Winery and Byron Bay’s bush festival, Bohemian Beat Freaks.

Already pioneering the dance movement in recent years—thanks to his sharp and poingant original material but also his all-class remixes from Gorillaz, New Order and Rufus—Claptone has quickly become Australia’s favourite international DJ guest. This tour counts as the producer’s second appearance on Australian shows as in January he did a brief festival run and a few club shows—including Gold Coast’s dance music haven, elsewhere.
