Client Liaison Show Us The “Wild Life” In Their Electric New Single

Melbourne dance duo Client Liaison are back with new single Wild Life and it’s giving us major throwback to a glitzier era. The feel-good dance track is the second taste of their debut album due out later this year, following the single World Of Our Love.

Harvey Miller and Monte Morgan describe themselves as “international in flavor, cosmopolitan in style” and the Melbournians are set to make some festival appearances around the country as we reach the album’s release date.

Wild Life has a sweet 80s vibe and it’s full to the brim with sparkling synthesisers and sultry smooth vocals. Get out your high-waisted denim and book in a perm before playing this song for maximum effect. The fresh track definitely feels more retro than World Of Our Love, which brought in a bit more of an indie vibe but still has plenty of that 80s charm.

Right from the start the beat is deep and charismatic, accompanied by modest bass lines that’ll make you wanna tap along in your platform sneakers. The whole piece feels silky and suave as synthetic ideas weave around each other.

There are no massive section changes throughout the song, but the experimentation with the song’s hook gives the song its catchy dance-all-night-long vibe.
