Come Together Adds Tuka & Dylan Joel to Massive Lineup
Tuka and Dylan Joel have been announced in Come Together Festival’s latest lineup drop, joining a list already bursting with Aussie hip-hop talent including Drapht, Allday, Spit Syndicate, Gill Bates and Mallrat. For its 11th year, the Luna Park festival has scoured the nation to bring you a crop of seasoned and emerging hip-hop artists.
Tuka is best known as one-third of Aussie heroes Thundamentals. Tuka’s been steadily carving out his solo career with three albums already under his belt including his latest ‘Life Death Time Eternal’. With Tuka’s smooth voice and fast paced, high-energy performances we can already envision a crowd of festival-goers getting down and sweaty in the mosh.
With his smart wordplay and socially aware lyrics, Dylan Joel is an artist on the rise in the Aussie hip-hop scene. Joel recently dropped his debut album ‘Authentic Lemonade’, co-produced with ARIA award winning Cam Bluff (Hilltop Hoods, Illy, Allday). The album is already receiving a warm reception for its tracks on the negative impact of social media and social conformity. Unlike other hip-hop artists, Joel’s songs are about more than just partying and having a bender.
First release tickets for Come Together have already sold out, so before you reach for your drop crotch pants and snapback make sure you grab a second release ticket. Admission includes free rides all afternoon. Come together and enjoy some bumper cars, some fairy floss and a whole lotta fresh beats!
