CXLOE Reveals Much Anticipated Debut Album, ‘Shiny New Thing’

Alt-pop sensation CXLOE has dropped her highly anticipated debut album, Shiny New Thing. Known for her dynamic range and authentic artistry, CXLOE’s new album showcases her journey through identity and reinvention.

Shiny New Thing features previously released hits like Cheating On Myself, Shapeshifter, No Service, Chloe Enough! Flight Risk, and Til The Wheels Fall Off, along with six brand-new tracks. The album arrives on the heels of her recent European and UK tour supporting Griff.

“When looking back on the music I’ve been writing for the past two years, a common theme emerged. Tracks like ‘Shiny New Thing,’ ‘Shapeshifter,’ and ‘Cheating on Myself’ delve into my complex relationship with identity. The album allowed me to experiment with diverse sounds and reconcile these different sides, proving there is beauty in pop music’s obsession with reinvention.” – CXLO.

Shiny New Thing solidifies CXLOE’s status as one of Australia’s most exciting musical talents. She has captivated audiences on her headline tour and while supporting acts like Peach PRC, Broods, and King Princess. Festivalgoers have also enjoyed her performances at Beyond the Valley, Falls Festival, and more.

Shiny New Thing is now available now everywhere and offers fans a fresh, multifaceted take on pop music that resounds with the themes of identity and self-discovery.
