Death Grips Announce Australian Tour, Mayhem Ensures

Finally! Death Grips, arguably the world’s most dynamic and insane hip hop trio, are returning to Australia for a whirlwind three date tour of the east coast.

Last in the country for Big Day Out in 2013, playing very early in the Mix Up tent, Death Grips are returning to our shores to perform their renowned and visceral live shows. Overwhelming intensity ensured, this group combine hip hop, noise rock and pounding electronica into an unforgettable live show. Gracing Sydney, Brisbane Melbourne stages, these shows will be a special insight into the group’s incoming fifth studio album.

‘Bottomless Pit’, the band’s latest album, is considered their best piece of work to date–it follows from 2015’s epic double album ‘The Powers That B’. Death Grips’ new album is currently being chipped away at and, for the moment, the band have released a chaotic megamix, Steroids (Crouching Tiger Hidden Gabber Megamix, of new material to tie fans over.
