Ed Sheeran Releases New Album ‘Play’ Featuring Single ‘Camera’ Starring Phoebe Dynevor
Global pop icon Ed Sheeran has officially released his brand-new studio album Play, available everywhere today. The record features his latest single Camera, which arrives with an official music video starring Bridgerton’s Phoebe Dynevor, premiering today at 2pm AEST.
Play marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for Sheeran following the close of his Mathematics series. The album showcases his evolution as an artist, blending fresh global influences with the heartfelt songwriting that has made him one of the world’s most successful and beloved performers. Drawing inspiration from Indian and Persian music – and its unexpected links to Irish folk traditions – Sheeran has crafted a borderless sound that feels bold and transformative. Alongside new collaborations, Play also returns to the timeless balladry that fans know and love, offering a collection of songs that balance the familiar with the new.
