Extreme Metal Giants Meshuggah Are Coming To Destroy Australia Again

Swedish metal pioneers Meshuggah have announced they’ll be heading down under next year to once again show you the light; or rather, the darkness.

The tour will mark the first time the band has toured Australia since 2013 when they supported Lamb of God. The five-piece will be touring off the back of their upcoming eighth album, ‘The Violent Sleep of Reason’, due to release on Friday October 7.

The best way to describe Meshuggah would be to say they are the Skynet of bands; around the clock systematic destruction of your eardrums with machine-like efficiency. Their blend of progressive death metal makes listeners both think and bang their heads.

With over three decades of touring and experience, fans can expect Meshuggah to destroy every venue they play when they hit Australian shores in March 2017. Pack your safety gear, it’s going to be a rough one!
