FANGZ Drop Explosive New Single ‘Anne Marie’ and Announce Debut Album ‘Shui’
Sydney punk rockers FANGZ have unleashed their electrifying new single ‘Anne Marie’, alongside the long-awaited announcement of their debut album Shui, out July 4. Produced by Tim Maxwell (LOSER) and mixed by Jonathan Gardner (Grinspoon, Front End Loader), the blistering track showcases the band’s signature chaos-meets-heart sound in full force.
‘Anne Marie’ bursts open with ferocious punk riffs, high-octane drums and a soaring vocal performance from frontman Josh Cottreau, who penned the track as a deeply personal tribute to his sister, Leigh-Anne Marie.

The single sets the tone for Shui, a record that captures the raw energy FANGZ are known for, following a steady stream of fan-favourite singles including Wasting Time, Same Old Story and Wide Awake.
FANGZ will also hit the road for their biggest national headline tour to date, with stops across Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Sydney and more.
Following a wild few years of sold-out shows, hot sauce launches, and even a Guinness World Record, FANGZ are ready to make 2025 their loudest year yet.
