Folomour Reveals Upbeat New Single, ‘Naarm’s Sunset’

French DJ and producer Folamour has unveiled his latest single, Naarm’s Sunset, the second release of 2024. Paying homage to Australia’s vibrant festival culture, this summer-ready anthem blends classic house with elements of funk and disco. Naarm’s Sunset reflects Folamour’s deep appreciation for the love and energy he’s received from Australian audiences, particularly during his live performances at festivals.

Drawing inspiration from his experiences in Australia, the track encapsulates the euphoric atmosphere of sunset performances, and the unity felt on the dance floor. Folamour describes the song as a heartfelt tribute to the unforgettable moments he’s shared with his Australian fans.

“I wrote this song as a love letter to all the magical moments I experienced on stage in Australia. Playing music there always felt like something else, a mix of energy, love for dancing, emotions and unity and I tried to channel it into “Naarm’s Sunset”.

“It’s also an homage to Australian festival culture. It’s always unexpected, driving hours in no man’s land, not knowing where I’m going and a minute later finding myself on a massive stage in front of thousands of people, as many smiles, a sea of flags and the sunset falling on all of us, I’ll never forget these moments.” – Folomour.

Naarm’s Sunset follows his earlier 2024 release, Pressure Makes Diamonds, a more introspective exploration of identity. Folamour’s presence in Australia continues this month with his performances on the Listen Out 2024 tour.

Following his acclaimed 2023 album Manifesto, Folamour remains one of the most exciting figures in electronic music, captivating global audiences with his innovative sound and infectious energy on stage.
