Get Your Banjo Fix In The Flesh: Sian Evans Announces New Tour Dates

Sian Evans has announced five new tour dates in celebration of her soon-to-be released music video for the country-pop single Cold Feet.

Cold Feet is everything you look for in a modern day folk tune. It’s got impressive acoustics, a catchy chorus, and sass sung with a smile. There’s even some generous fiddle by Brisbane fiddler Gareth Mewes, who will be joining Evans for some shows of her tour.

In the words of the folk goddess herself, the single is about “cut and run self-sabotage behaviour and the realisation it’s a pattern, that is no longer serving oneself.”

You may have heard of Evans from her days touring Australia with The Rusty Datsuns, or from previous solo EP ‘How Time Has Treated Thee’. The title track of which, Take Me Home, even boasted a few spins on ABC local radio.
