Greta Stanley Shares Greatest Hits Spotify Playlist in Celebration of New Album
Greta Stanley embarks on a new chapter in her musical journey with the release of her highly anticipated third studio album, If I Get In, Where Would I Go?.
This album stands as a testament to Greta’s remarkable songwriting abilities and magnetic presence as an artist. Deeply personal and introspective, If I Get In… explores themes of healing, self-reflection, and growth, tackling both mental and physical challenges while weaving in a sense of hope and optimism.
“If I Get In, Where Would I Go? is a collection of songs all covering elements of mental health and my experience navigating depression, anxiety, and chronic pain conditions. The themes of all the songs surround this, some are about social anxiety at a party, some are about panic attacks; some are about the importance of friendships when you’re struggling mentally, the importance of a healthy romantic relationship and what that should look like compared to what you previously believed, inner child stuff too!
The past three years I’ve been trying to navigate healing, and tried going to different therapists, and am in therapy, I’ve been trying alternative practices like reiki, and healing sessions, yoga, I’m keeping consistent exercise routines up, I’m doing my best to face the beast that is anxiety/depression.” – GRETA STANLEY
At its core, the album is a heartfelt collection of songs that reflect Greta’s own experiences and emotional depth. After facing significant personal struggles in recent years, she has found a way to embrace acceptance, channelling her journey into a body of work that resonates with authenticity.
