Hazel Mei Shines Bright On Her Debut EP, ‘Lost & Found’

Brisbane indie singer-songwriter Hazel Mei has this week released her debut EP, Lost & Found. It’s a wonderful collection of soulful tunes that tells a story about the coming of age for the young artist.

Lost & Found is made up of 5 beautiful tracks that really take the listener on a journey through life’s moment’s.

Opening track It Is(n’t) Real sucks you in from the first press of that play button with it’s jazzy feel, larger sounding chorus and Mei’s unique vocal delivery. Where tracks like Fool and So Pretty give off that real underground jazz club vibe, ideal for those loungy moments sipping on a cocktail in a real sophisticated environment.

Following track Running Now and title track Lost & Found take the listener into a more indie pop/rock realm. Truly placing Hazel Mei into a world of her own as an artist that know’s minimal boundaries.
