Here Comes The Sun Announces 2024 Instalment and Expands to Victoria

Here Comes The Sun festival, a cherished event in Western Australia, is gearing up for an exciting expansion in 2024. The festival is set to undergo a significant enhancement with the introduction of a new East Coast edition, promising to captivate music enthusiasts in Victoria come March. In addition to the main Margaret River 3 Oceans (WA) showcase on Saturday, April 13, the festival’s acclaimed lineup will also grace Torquay Common (VIC) on Saturday, March 30. This coastal extravaganza will feature an impressive array of beloved Australian artists, including Ocean Alley, Ball Park Music, Ruby Fields, Jack Botts, South Summit, and Clews, with the anticipation of more stellar acts yet to be unveiled.

Approaching its milestone fifth year, Here Comes The Sun has firmly established itself as a cultural institution in Western Australia, boasting a commendable track record of seven successful events. The festival’s foray into Torquay marks a substantial expansion, although not entirely unexpected, considering its renowned reputation for embodying the laid-back coastal spirit. Notably, both festival dates are strategically aligned with two of Australia’s premier surfing competitions: the World Surf League Margaret River Pro and the Bells Pro in Torquay, seamlessly blending the vibrant music celebration with the exhilarating world of professional surfing.
