Hilltop Hoods Seriously Up Their Video Game With New Track ‘1955’
Hilltop Hoods have dropped a new video for track 1955 ahead of the release of their 19 track album ‘Drinking From The Sun, Walking Under Stars: Restrung’. The track itself is a collaboration with Aussie singer Montaigne and beatboxer Tom Thum, but the video also boasts an appearance from Briggs.
Speaking with the triple j, MC Suffa explained the track is “about living in a small town, a place where things don’t change too much… sometimes living in a small town is like living in a different era.
“I actually love small town life, obviously it has its drawbacks, but I really enjoy the simplicity and being part of a community,” MC Suffa said.
The video has taken a literal interpretation and finds the group in a 1950’s style diner and the end result is pretty dope. To check out the video click HERE!
