Holy Holy Launch Video For “Darwinism”, Announce Massive Aussie Tour
Brisbane-based rockers HOLY HOLY have just unleashed the music video for latest single Darwinism and announced a huge national tour in support. Darwinism is the lead single off HOLY HOLY’S highly anticipated sophomore record due out in 2017.
The music video, directed by Plex Goldwin (Courtney Barnett) is a stark visual accompaniment to the track, maintaining a black and white colour scheme and blending retro film footage and an intense live performance of the band. Plex explains, “Darwinism was the process of finding the right tonality and energy – complimenting and contrasting itself to the band and the energy of the song, with a rough yet stripped back aesthetic.”
After a massive 2015 which saw HOLY HOLY release their debut album ‘When The Storms Would Come’ and sell out multiple national tours, the band are poised to release their sophomore effort in 2017. Holy Holy kick off the ‘Darwinism National Tour’, supported by I Know Leopard and Alex L’Estrange, in early November.
