How Here? Festival About To Blow Burleigh To Bits

The inaugural How Here? Festival featuring The Smith Street Band, DZ Deathrays and some of the best up and coming talent in the country is just over one week away! We have a quick look at the market to find some value where it matters.

Loudest Singalong:

Young Drunk (Smithies) – $2.50-$1

Gina Works At Hearts (DZ) – $3.20-$1

Ducks Fly Together (Smithies) – $3.50-$1

I Still Dream About You (Smithies) – $5.44-$1

Shred For Summer (DZ) – $6.10-$1

Drunk (Semantics) – $11-$1

Head In A Plastic Bag (Money Boys) – $38-$1

I DON’T NEED YOU THERE (GREAT DAZE) – $44-$1

SDE (Semantics) – $45-$1

406 (Radolescent) – $52-$1

State Of Mine (Ferny Fairway) – $52-$1

Letterbox Pills (Goodbye, August) – $63-$1

Form: Obviously track record is the primary indicator for this market and after a

class performance at last year’s Best Night Ever, The Smith Street Band are not

surprisingly sitting as favourites for this one. Competitive last start DZ

Deathrays. However, it does seem to be all Smith Street Band for this one.

Some rough value in Semantics and GREAT DAZE.

Most Beer Spilled In A Set:

DZ Deathrays – $1.85-$1

Semantics – $2.85-$1

Smith Street Band – $3-$1

Money Boys – $5-$1

GREAT DAZE – $8-$1

Radolescent – $8.50-$1

Ferny Fairway – $18-$1

Goodbye, August – $32-$1

Form: DZ Deathrays absolutely all over this market and expectedly so.

Renowned for huge amounts of movement and excitement, the gentlemen’s set

at How Here? is projected to be business as usual as they take this out by a

couple lengths. Check market for others.

Biggest How The F*** Did We Get Here Moment

Carlo screaming ‘The Fire Part of Fire’ – $1.85-$1

When Wil Screams the last ‘I miss what we were so much right now’ in Throw Me In The River – $3-$1

Shane letting go the Ocean Exploder riff – $5-$1

Luke Henery playing bass (just in general) – $8-$1

Lee ripping the Death To The Lads solo – $11-$1

Form: While the market may drift to the more experienced festival stage veterans, the market may be at fault when at an estimated 6:05pm on the 13th of October Carlo screams ‘The Fire Part Of Fire’. Expecting consistent support for Will with Throw Me In The River and Shane with the Ocean Exploder Riff. Value to be found with Luke Henery and Lee’s lad killing guitar chops. Throw a blanket over them.

These are all fictional markets. Bets will not be honoured. This is a joke. However, How Here? is selling fast. Absolutely not a joke. Get tickets to the inaugural How Here? Festival @ Burleigh Town Hotel 13th of October at Oztix!
