Eora/Sydney-based hip-hop artist Ike(from)Pluto has returned with his suave single ‘Belco’s Finest‘ – produced/mixed/mastered by the artist himself.

‘Belco’s Finest’ drips into soulful melodies and punchy trap rhythms, providing a gritty backdrop for Ike(from)Pluto’s unfiltered storytelling and lyrical prowess. Hard-hitting rap verses are infused with an assertive attitude, swirling above vintage-coated glitching instrumentation.

Ike(from)Pluto talks about the inspiration behind ‘Belco’s Finest’:

“‘Belco’s Finest’ is my reintroduction to the world as an artist after taking 18 months off from releasing music. I’ve used this record to champion my hometown, Belconnen, as I’m proud to represent Canberra’s cultural capital and the people in it. My goal was to serve a punchy yet colourful taste of Belconnen’s charms.”

In the live arena, Ike(from)Pluto has shared the stage with Genesis Owusu, Yibby, Bakar, YAWDOESITALL and Kirklandd. He has also played at Spilt Milk and Groovin the Moo as a triple j Unearthed contest winner, as part of his previous group, WeirdoGvng.
