Inner Wave Unleash The Sun Drenched Vibes On Their New Single, ‘June’

LA- Based indie-rock outfit Inner Wave have just unveiled their new single, June. It’s taken from their forthcoming album, Apoptosis due out September 30.

June kicks off with some smooth guitar work and quickly shifts into a nostalgic feeling warm hearted summer time vibe. Subtle synth melodies compliment some wonderfully delivered dreamy vocals. It’s a sunny afternoons ultimate companion.

On the track, Pablo Sotelo describes the song as; ‘a love song. Originally written on my acoustic. When I brought it to the guys it came together very quickly. The artwork for the single uses a picture of June lake’. – Pablo Sotelo, Inner Wave

Their upcoming album, Apoptosis was recorded over two weeks at True Sound studio and was the first time the band had ever recorded in a proper studio together. The result is a collection of diverse sounds and vibes, with a lyrical delivery that is meant to provoke thought in the listener. If June is anything to go by, we’re very excited for the full album in September.
