PALPITATIONS explores themes of love, freedom, and vulnerability across its 11 tracks, all delivered with LAUREL’s signature pop brilliance. The album starts with 45 Degrees, showcasing her airy vocals and carefree lyrics, perfect for sun-soaked days. Wild Things, a euphoric, summer-ready pop anthem, follows closely behind. Burning Up dives into the relentless pursuit of change with an ’80s dance vibe, while Only One combines longing and desire with soulful lyrics and synth-infused piano melodies.
