American solo artist LAVENDER HONEY has just stepped out with his debut bedroom pop single, ‘NEED YOUR LOVE’.
Powered by talented musician Daniel Thompson, Lavender Honey is a bedroom pop project set to unleash in 2022. His melodic indie-pop sound is heavily influenced by the likes of Dayglow and Mac Demarco and is crafted into atmospheric soundscapes with his own unique flair. The Nashville based artist proves he is unafraid to tackle deeper topics within his ethereal music, explaining that this single is focused “on fighting our inner doubts and demons”.

An impressive entrance from this emerging artist, ‘Need Your Love’ is an entirely DIY single, demonstrating Lavender Honeys’ multi-instrumental talent and gift for producing. He cites Dayglow’s album Fuzzybrain as one of his biggest sources of inspiration for this track- an influence that is visible in the lavish, dreamy synthesisers and washed-out guitars. Tying it all together are Dan’s floaty vocals- the breath-like quality adding another tantalising layer to the track.
