Luca Brasi Release New Single & Announce Album Release Date

Tasmanian melodic punk quartet Luca Brasi have released the third single Anything Near Conviction from their soon-to-be-released third album ‘If This Is All We’re Going to Be’.

If Inspo-Rock were an actual genre this song would be it’s signature sound. The song’s ascending four chord progression, simple beat, and lead guitar melody come together to build plenty of tension. Heading into the pre-chorus we’re met with palm-muted guitars before Luca Brasi finally let loose in an anthematic chorus. Inspo-Rock defined.

“The song that centers around giving yourself a kick in the arse to better in life and for those you love. A not-so-gentle reminder that you gotta give everything you can,” said frontman Tyler Richardson.

Three singles into the new album Anything Near Conviction finishes the picture Aeroplane and The Cascade Blues started, showing us the band have skillfully navigated their way from young band experimenting with punk sounds to a matured quartet nailing their formula. Luca Brasi have found the sound to reach the masses, we’re expecting big things from ‘If This Is All We’re Going To Be’.
