The slow pace of the song allows for your mind to relax while the lyrics are subtly layered in sexual innuendo. The mastermind behind Liahona, Harmony Byrne, draws inspiration from life experiences and the art forms of music, photography, and poetry.
The artistic side to this Melbournian is evidenced in the fact she choose the name Liahona because of it’s Hebrew translation as ‘compass’. Liana sees her music is to be “a navigational tool, charged with musical integrity and an overriding purpose to offer some sort of guidance to the listener”.
