Mildlife, the acclaimed purveyors of psychedelic jazz, have just released ‘Yourself’, an electrifying single that offers a tantalising glimpse into their highly awaited third studio album, Chorus, slated for release on March 1st. As excitement mounts, the band has also revealed plans for a thrilling nationwide tour, promising to deliver their signature live experience to nationwide audiences. Prepare to immerse yourself in their sonic journey as they grace stages with unparalleled energy and musical prowess.

Yourself is a testament to the artistic leaps and imaginative boundaries the four-piece band explores on their highly anticipated third studio album. The captivating single stands out as a vocal-forward, groove-laden masterpiece, delving into the themes of profound self-acceptance and the bliss derived from shared purpose. Remarkably, it is among the most inspiring and radiant tracks in Mildlife’s discography, showcasing the band’s evolving brilliance and commitment to pushing their creative boundaries.

‘Yourself’ is emotionally very positive, uplifting and bright; especially the chorus has this uplifting ascension in the chords. I remember sitting on that and feeling like we were all happy. I think we’d maybe matured to the point where these are the kind of brighter sounds that we probably should embrace just out of a sense of freshness, and even just for our own curiosity”.  – Kevin McDowell, Mildlife.
