Monster Machine Enters the Fray with Explosive Debut Single ‘Rage’
Emerging from Sydney’s underground club scene, Monster Machine has launched her solo career with a bang, unveiling her hard-hitting debut single ‘Rage’, the first taste of her upcoming EP EXALTED, due out this November.
Known for igniting dancefloors as a high-energy DJ over the past two years, Monster Machine now shifts focus to production, blending Trap, Drum & Bass, and experimental bass into an uncompromising new sonic direction. ‘Rage’ is a bold introduction — an electrifying release packed with punchy percussion, distorted drops, and dark, cinematic textures that mirror the chaotic adrenaline of a late-night warehouse rave.

Drawing creative influence from the likes of RL Grime, Knock2 and Nitepunk, Monster Machine builds on this foundation with a unique edge. The track’s inspiration, a moment of sonic curiosity, sparked while listening to Billie Eilish’s ‘Bad Guy’.
“The idea for ‘Rage’ came about as I was driving and listening to Billie Eilish’s ‘Bad Guy’. The sample and pulsing rhythm of the pedestrian light crossing that she used in her track was huge inspiration, and I wanted to recreate a version of that in EDM form.” – Monster Machine.
Rage sees Monster Machine cement herself as a rising force in Australia’s electronic music scene and with EXALTED on the horizon, she’s just getting started.
Rage is available now, everywhere.
