Moon Holiday Smacks It Outta The Park With Fresh Hypnotic Single

One of Sydney’s coolest female producers Moon Holiday has just dropped her captivating new single Out Of Bounds. The singer/songwriter/producer has paired up with Sydney duo Cliques to produce what might be the sweetest new track of Spring!

Out Of Bounds showcases Moon Holiday’s (a.k.a Alex Ward) liquid gold vocals which intertwine perfectly with the percussive beats on the track. Ward explained the vision behind the ballad-inspired is “really about asking someone to break their own rules”.

This irresistible track oozes charisma, hypnotic melodies, jagged rhythms, and booming production. She’s definitely learnt a thing or two from her collab with Flume…

If you’ve never heard of Moon Holiday before, she’s a Sydney-based artist who has been blessing us with her sweet-sounding tunes since her debut EP release in 2011 and features as the vocalist on Flume’s chill banger Insane.

Since her foray into the national music scene Ward has kept busy, going on to win FBi 2012 Radio’s Northern Lights competition and perform in Vivid Festival’s ‘Stop The Virgens’ psycho-opera. She also landed a spot on the 2015 Field Day lineup after being named triple j’s unearthed artist of the year.

Moon Holiday is currently touring with Sydney/Hong Kong-based pop artist Rainbow Chan on her national tour, so be sure to catch her at one of their stop overs!
