Still Got The Post Laneway Blues? Motez’s New Track Will Pick You Up!

Motez is not taking any breaks on his rise to the forefront of house production, kicking off the year with a killer new track Down Like This, featuring vocals from Adelaide rap-force Tkay Maidza. Following up last year’s impressive ‘Vancouver’ EP and Sam Smith remix, this is the first taste of his forthcoming 4 track EP which is due out early this year.

This isn’t this duo’s first rodeo having paired up on Maidza’s 2014 track Trouble, and once again they haven’t disappointed. However, unlike their previous outing, Maidza’s vocals only serve to form a hella catchy hook allowing Motez’s production skills to take centre stage. The result is an absolute banger.

Motez capped off an impressive 2015 with his headline ‘Cross Pollination’ tour which hit Australia, North America, and Fiji. But don’t worry if you didn’t catch him because he will be hitting the road again soon with appearances at The Island Live and Mountain Sounds Festival this month. Tkay Maidza will also be taking her electrifying self on tour in the coming months and should not be missed!
