Milk Factory – FeelsClub, House Hounds, Ella Metherall

Brisbane Dream Pop heavy-hitters FeelsClub top a bill of good tunes, cheap drinks, good times, and cheap drinks. With the Milk Factory being such a small venue this means there will be no shortage of people to hold during the countdown to 2017.

The Brightside – NYE’s Party – Amity Affliction Covers by Granola Boy

Embrace your pop-punk heart as you sing-along to the best tunes from Amity Affliction covered by Granola Boy. These sick covers are going to be joined by the sounds of Sydney’s We May Fall who are “blowing up right now.”

The Foundry/ Greaser – Common People: D Black/EV SCHMOOT/ Lil Mikki/ Death Stares

The Foundry and Greaser are coming together for two floors of indie goodness and it’s free entry! Greaser will be host to an 80’s dance party so pack that neon clothing, it’s time to bust a move.

Crowbar – The Gooch Palms w/ WALKEN, CONCRETE SURFERS, Muddy Chanter

DIY Punk two-piece Gooch Palms will be bringing their Newcastle x Los Angeles character to the NYE festivities at Crowbar with no lockouts on the night. Support comes from a variety of heavy local acts, so pack some leather and denim and get ready to head bang into the new year.

In the fine tradition of Ear Candy New Years Eve goes off with Global Audios New Years Party. Helping you count down to 2017 will be shock rockers Friendly Fire.

Rics is an icon of Brisbane at this point with every experience always being a unique one at Rics. Judging by this the NYE party will shape up to be one-of-a-kind….but probably pretty crap if we are honest.

Free entry is a huge appeal for the NYE party at The Wickham, hosted in their lush garden bar with big-name DJ Brooke Evers on the decks for the NYE countdown.

Located on the northside of Brisbane, the Eaton’s Hill hotel will be a trek for some, but it may be worth it with a pretty sweet glow party lined up.

QPAC – NYE Gala with Mirusia

For the more cultured who aren’t looking to get full on turnt, QPAC will be hosting a sophisticated NYE gala with exceptional singers Mirusia and Jason Barry-Smith. If you aren’t feeling up to staying through to midnight, there is also an early show for the 8:45 fireworks.

The Met – Hermitude, Claptone, Zeke Beats

One of the many fully sick places to go on NYE, The Met always delivers on sick beats, brah. Capped off by Aussie electro celebrities Hermitude, the night will be as huge as the bass drops from Hermitude (pretty freaking huge).

Family Nightclub

Family nightclub will be split between four floors of different dance vibes. The second floor will be Cult NYE presenting Symbiotic which is described as “Having credit from some of the biggest players in the game. Alongside his pals Codd Dubz and Ranga the Sewer sessions name has been one of the most dominant up and coming brands of 2016. This kid has big plans for 2017.” Meanwhile on the ground floor, Paul Oakenfield will be holding down the decks, a man whose music spreads throughout all culture. Tickets are $40 on the door or $30 pre-booked, there is also a VIP package including drinks, and an exclusive deck for $100 or $80 pre-booked.
