Nocturnal Animals Release The Power On Their New Offering, ‘Passive Tone’
Skeleton punk-rock outfit, Nocturnal Animals have returned with a new single, Passive Tone. The new jam is taken from their forthcoming debut EP, Paint A Picture which is set for release on November 4.
Passive Tone commences as a slow ballad-style tune but quickly smashes into all the raw energy and power we’ve come to know of Noc Animals. Huge stadium-style drums complement huge guitar riffs and those super familiar vocals. As with most of the band’s catalogue, this one carries a 90’s style high school anthem to it. It’s big in sound and has a real, ‘fuck you’ factor.
“Passive Tone is about the feeling of someone not being able to say it to your face; they speak in a passive tone making you feel like you aren’t worth their time.” – Nocturnal Animals.
With another huge single under their belt and out in the world, we all know the yet-to-be-released EP is going to be massive. Passive Tone is available now, everywhere.
