Occasional Spectators Returns With The Impressive New Single, ‘The Future’s Loving Arms’

Sydney-based alt-rocker, Occasional Spectators, will reveal his new single, The Future’s Loving Arms and today, we’re super stoked to share with you the first spin of the new jam.

Teaming up with US producer Jeffro Lackscheide to create the new tune, Occasional Spectators, takes us into a unique and experimental world for this one. Shaped with a vast range of musical delivery, the track ends very differently from how it begins. Like a rollercoaster, things take a moment to rise, but then we’re quickly at pace with some big ups and downs.

“The Future’s Loving Arms revolves around being disenchanted with today’s societal and political climate, which has been impacted by disarray, but at the same time, scrounging up enough fragments of hope to feel positive and optimistic about what lies ahead in the future. The figure in the track knows that while it is difficult to stay afloat in the stormy sea of life, a promise of escape and renewal allows for the chance for something greater to be kept alive. Throwing yourself into the arms of a hopefully bright future is better than simmering away within discontent brought on by corrupt politicians and close-minded groups of society.” – Occasional Spectators.

Since his debut in 2018, Occasional Spectators has continued to impress with his growing sound catalogue, and this new one is a beautiful addition. The Future’s Loving Arms is available tomorrow, but you can listen here exclusively today!
