Old Fashion Release Kick-Arse Single & Music Clip

Brisbane hard rock outfit Old Fashion have released their powerful new single Romeo and a well-choreographed music clip to match.

Old Fashion’s sound throws you back to the 70s with their groovy rhythms and frontman JJ Cole’s Gun’s N’ Roses-esque strong vocals. The instrumentation is similarly strong with its juicy distorted guitars which will evoke many air guitar solos.

The music clip is shot using a revolving camera on a lazy Susan as it films a guy engaging in an animated conversation with a blow-up sex doll, a man necking entire bottle of wine at the table, and a barber.

The band explains they shot the video in a friend’s garage during a party. “We know its cliche, but it works, supply the alcohol and the people will come — especially us. We thought it would just be a funny film clip —  filming obscure scenes of a bunch of silly-billies being silly,” said Old Fashion.

Old Fashion’s forthcoming EP is due for release in the next few months.
