Old Mervs Drop New Single ‘Everyone Will See It’ and Announce 2025 National Tour
Beloved Aussie indie-rock duo Old Mervs are back with a bang, dropping their latest single, Everyone Will See It, and announcing an epic national tour to celebrate their forthcoming self-titled debut album, set for release on March 21, 2025.
Recorded with ARIA Award-winning producer Chris Collins, Everyone Will See It showcases a fresh groove and anthemic chorus, perfect for crowd singalongs. The track is accompanied by a behind-the-scenes music video, offering a glimpse into the band’s recording sessions in the scenic Byron Hinterland.
“It was the first song we wrote together with Chris Collins. We had some spare time at the end of the week’s recording and decided to see what we could come up with. It feels fresh for us I think, and it definitely has a different groove which is always a nice change up. The album, Old Mervs, features fan favourites like Parched, What You’ve Lost, Forget It, and See You Again, alongside new tracks that blend shimmering indie-rock, Brit-pop influences, and ’90s West Coast alt-rock vibes. With over 3.5 million streams already under their belt, the duo continues to capture hearts nationwide.
From May to July 2025, Old Mervs will hit the road for a massive 22-date tour across Australia and New Zealand, including stops in major cities and regional towns. The tour wraps up with a huge hometown show in Perth, promising special guests yet to be revealed.
