Periphery Announce 2017 Australian Tour
Progressive metal juggernauts Periphery have announced they will be returning to Australia in February 2017. The 6-piece band will be touring in support of their recently released album ‘Periphery III: Select Difficulty’.
Periphery have been busy lately, releasing two albums last year – ‘Juggernaut: Alpha’ and ‘Juggernaut: Omega’, which both charted in the Top 20 of the US Billboard charts. Critics praised the double album release, saying each album had a good balance of progressive and accessible music.
The Washington D.C. band released their fifth studio album ‘Periphery III: Select Difficulty’ on July 22nd. The album is no stranger to experimentation, with plenty of complex grooves and polyrhythms sure to please any Periphery fan.
The bands last headline tour of Australia sold out, so be sure to get tickets quick for their next on!
