Premiere: Ben Lunt Unveils Heartfelt New Single ‘Amelia’

Perth indie folk artist Ben Lunt is back with his latest single, ‘Amelia’, a beautifully heartfelt track that we’re thrilled to offer an exclusive first listen ahead of its official release tomorrow. Known for his gentle yet evocative storytelling, Lunt delivers a soft folk ballad that washes over the listener with warmth and nostalgia, capturing the essence of young love in its purest form.

Produced by Tim McArtney (Hockey Dad, Angus & Julia Stone), Amelia carries Lunt’s signature delicate acoustic sound paired with introspective lyricism. Reflecting on the inspiration behind the song, Lunt shares, “I felt I was always a little hopeless romantic when I was in those early school years and so it was interesting and kind of fun to write from a younger perspective, one with a whole lot of naivety and a little bit of stubbornness. So that’s what Amelia really is, exploring those young love themes.”
