Premiere: Until Home’s Debut Single “Break My Fall”
After months of teasing Brisbane pop-rock outfit Until Home have unleashed their long awaited debut singleBreak My Fall on the world, and it’s sensational!
Taking inspiration from international superstars Imagine Dragons, Owl City, and Coldplay, Break My Fallcombines simple pop melodies, an irresistible groove, and a powerful anthematic chorus to produce an accomplished debut offering.
The song captivatingly builds from a foot-tapping beat with smooth syncopated guitar strums before the gradually rising percussion explodes into an epic chorus of well-crafted pop-rock ambience, four-note keyboard hook, and a friendly vocal melody that’s hard to forget.
Starting out as an acoustic duo, the trio have been steadily making waves in Brisbane’s live music circles including supporting AAA Backstage favourites Gang Of Youths.
With the recent addition of schoolmate Clayton Mullins (Bass and Keyboard) Until Home have be able to refine their sound to become one of Brisbane’s most promising new pop-rock products.
After taking out the ‘People’s Choice’ award in the final edition of the Brisbane’s Indie 100 Project the band jokingly says performing at London’s Wembley Stadium is their new benchmark of success.
