Sevdaliza Announces Debut Australian Tour

Visionary and essoteric pop artist, Sevdaliza, has announced her debut Australian tour behind her first record, ‘ISON’. Performing two headline shows and two festival appearances around the country, the Iranian-Dutch mastermind is set to blow Australian audiences away this January.

Already announced for Melbourne’s excellent Sugar Mountain lineup and Tasmania’s Faux Mo, Sevdaliza will also be performing headline shows at the Woolly Mammoth in Brisbane and Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory. These debut Australian shows come off the back of her US live debut which audiences, “pick their jaws up off the floor.”

The multi-faceted performer makes primal and esoteric RnB and pop music with an eclectic glitch-hop feel that appears like none other. Hyper-charged with an audio-visual component, Sevdaliza is a powerful force to be reckoned with. Her track, Human, for example, is a perfect piece of musical and visual art that both compliments each other. Let it be known that FKA twigs’ reign is now over—Sevdaliza now dominates.
