Sienna Skies Announce New Album ‘A Darker Shade Of Truth’ + Drop Lead Single!

Sydney post-hardcore crew Sienna Skies have announced their fourth studio album ‘A Darker Shade of Truth’, set for release in December. And as if that wasn’t excitement enough, the band have also dropped the album’s lead single Divide and its accompanying video!

Divide’s combination of delicate lead lines and powerful creates a solid base for vocalist Thomas Pirozzi to really shine. His vocals act as a perfect counterpoint to the heavier parts of the song, while working in harmony with the quieter, melodic sections.

Guest vocalist Jarrod Anthony Martin, of Sydney hardcore crew Caulfield, makes his presence felt in the buildup to the track’s thundering breakdown, adding some welcome snarl and aggression. Sienna Skies love for post-hardcore influence, coupled with some more technical inspirations, means Divide is a fantastic offering of modern post-hardcore and is sure to leave fans eagerly awaiting the album.

‘A Darker Shade of Truth’ is the group’s first album with vocalist Thomas Pirozzi. Capturing their infectious, post hardcore energy, ‘A Darker Shade of Truth’ is by the band’s own admission their most complete and mature collection of songs yet.
