Slideapalooza Makin’ A Splash As Australia’s Coolest (Literally) DJ Event

Driving the primary vehicle of every heatstroke experience throughout the summer festival season is lack of H20 (We know… ground-breaking). With that in mind, the brains behind Slideapalooza have created the perfect anecdote to cure this Aussie first world problem… a festival that’s one part water park, and part music festival!

The waterslide fest will kick off in January, situated on the hills of the Hunter Valley. Diving head first into the Australia Day long weekend at the Calais Estate Winery, the festival will see three HUGE slides placed conveniently alongside decks housing sets from Australia’s biggest DJ names, including Will Sparks and Joel Fletcher.

Boasting a 650m waterslide for all-ages on Australia day, which also includes a complementary Bunnings-style sizzle and beer at the end of the luge, the DJ-led weekend is fun for both families and ya squad.

The event is also a feel-good one, with the gold coin donation entry fee for the 650m slide going straight to local Melanoma charities and the John Hunter Children’s Hospital.
